About Me

Hi Everyone! My name is Amy and I’m a pediatric nurse in Colorado Springs.  I LOVE baking and want to share that with all of you.  I have 2 beautiful step children and 1 wonderful fiance.  Our family also includes 2 dogs, a boxer and doodle, and 1 naughty kitten.  I am new to this arena, so please give me all the feedback and let me know if you’d like a sample.  I’m happy to be your neighbor!

I am ironically, not a huge fan of sweets, so the ones I do make are usually pretty darn good.  I also love all things bread and yeast (pizza, doughs, pies, breads, all of it, all of the CARBS).  So, if you don’t see something here that you’d like me to try, just let me know!
